1. We Call You
   We are a modern law firm using the latest technology to provide excellent client service and practical legal advice.
   
   We allow most clients the ability to login to our system to view their documents remotely. 
2. Preparing Your Probate Application
   We will arrange a follow-up telephone call to obtain the details from you.
   
   The forms are then checked by our legal representatives and sent to you by post to be signed.
3. Obtaining Your Grant Of Probate
   Once approval has been obtained from the High Court, your grant of probate will be in the post to you. You can start administering the estate by closing bank accounts, paying bills, and selling the house.
